ROLLER BURNISHING TOOLS
- Single Roller Burnishing Tools
consist of one Roller with a heavy duty bearing rotating on a
hardened axle. The roller is spring loaded in two axial directions
to provide the correct pressure for burnishing. The roller can
be reground and lapped many times thereby giving long tool life
- One tool for burnishing ID's,
OD's, Fillets or Contours, Shoulders, Bar Ends
- All Surfaces can be Burnished
from a CNC program similar to the cutting tools
- Suitable for most CNC & Turning
